    - - FIBRANgyps DOUBLE is the range of gypsum plasterboards combined with insulating materials of various nature and characteristics such as stonewool, eps, xps and xps with graphite, in order to increase the thermal and acoustic insulation of an existing partition.
        
        FIBRANgyps DOUBLE is a valid solution in cases of renovation, recovery and redevelopment of existing buildings, in terms of environmental comfort, compliance with current regulations for the containing of winter and summer energy consumption and acoustic insulation.

    - - In order to build the building envelope in a simple and natural way, FIBRAN proposes two families of complementary systems: FIBRANgyps NEXT, gypsum-based system of green color covered by a glass mat facing and SHERA, white autoclaved cement based system.
        
        The two systems, both of excellent quality and performance, can be used separately or at the same time, to create a series of customized configurations that best meet design, performance, aesthetic and economic requirements.

    - - The roof is one of the most critical points of the building, especially for those where the roof represents a significant percentage of the total dispersing surface.
        
        The insulation of the roof – or of the attic ceiling – consists in the application of a layer of insulating material that prevents the passage of heat from the internal to the external environment during the winter season and vice versa in the summer, limiting the temperature changes that occur during the day.
        
        The roof, in addition to being well insulated, must guarantee adequate acoustic comfort as well as adequate fire protection.

  - FIRE PROTECTION
    - - The fire resistance of the buildings is one of the strategies to be pursued to guarantee an adequate level of safety of buildings under fire conditions.
        It relates to the load-bearing capacity in the event of fire and the subdivision capacity that allows a building to be divided into areas that are hermetically impervious to the effects of a fire in order to reduce the specific risk of spreading the fire.
        
        The fire resistance represents the time (minutes) during which the construction element exposed to a fire preserves the structural stability (R), the sealing (E) and the thermal insulation (I).
        
        The reaction to fire of a material regards its degree of participation in the development and propagation of fire to which it is subjected.
        The materials are classified according to the European standard EN 13501-1 in Euroclasses (A1, A2, B ... F): A1 ones are non-combustible while the materials certified A2, B, C, D, E, F burn in ascending order.
        
        The reaction to fire of the materials is particularly influential on the fire risk of the perimeter walls and roofs in relation to a fire outside the building.
        
        In the field of passive fire protection, FIBRAN offers a range of tested and certified products that make it possible to create solutions (partitions, linings, ceilings, roofs) with excellent fire protection properties, combined with excellent levels of thermal and acoustic insulation.

    - - The comfort of the environments in which we live and work comes from a careful design of the construction systems and their details.
        
        Ensuring excellent performance with dry systems is simple, thanks to their modularity and flexibility.
        FIBRAN offers a range of specific solutions that can significantly improve the interior comfort of any type of environment with sound-absorbing solutions and soundproofing systems for hotel internal partitions, building units, schools, shopping centers, multi-purpose complexes, hospitals and nursing homes, industrial, tertiary and entertainment buildings.
        
        The opaque building structures of the envelope, similar to the internal partitions, require the use of highly performing thermo-acoustic insulation materials, especially when the perimeter walls and roof structures are made of lightweight components.
        The performances of the products and systems are attested by recognized and accredited laboratories.

  - MECHANICAL & SEISMIC RESISTANCE
    - - FIBRAN dry systems allow to realize high mechanical performances structures with reduced thickness. Thanks to the typical modularity of Fibran systems, by opportunely combining plasterboards and metal profiles, it is possible to obtain increasing performances of resistance to loads, impacts and break-ins to satisfy every project requirement.
        
        Moreover, thanks to their high lightness and ductility, Fibran dry systems also verify the most severe seismic actions both at the operating limit states and at the ultimate limit states according to NTC 2018.
        
        For roofs, Fibran proposes innovative thermal insulation systems that form the slope at the same time, with the advantage of reducing the weights and loads on the load-bearing structures, consequently being suitable in seismic areas.

- One of the most incisive thermal insulation measures is the ETICS system consisting of the gluing and mechanical fixing of insulating panels to the external partitions, finished with thin plaster reinforced with fiberglass mesh.
  
  This type of intervention, called ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) is suitable for both new buildings and in the case of renovation of degraded surfaces, resulting particularly efficient and convenient.

Product Description

Fiber–cement flat sheet composing of Portland cement, cellulose fibre and refined sand. With the special manufacturing process called autoclave, SHERA board acquires strength, durability as well as dimensional stability.
CE marking according to UNI EN 12467:2004.
Conforming to ASTM C1185 and C1186-91 for outdoor use.

Applications

Suitable for the construction of: walls, false outdoor ceiling, high humidity rooms, support for rendered facade and architectural elements externally.

In 1974, DIMITRIOS ANASTASIADIS festablished a company, called FIBRAN SA, in Thessaloniki, Greece, to produce prefabricated construction elements for the local market.

In less than 50 years, the small Greek company has grown into a European giant: FIBRAN is today a multinational industrial group with 13 production lines, factories in 6 European countries and commercial activities in 63 countries worldwide. It is currently the 3rd European producer of extruded polystyrene and enjoys an unquestionable leadership in the field of thermal insulation, sound insulation and passive fire protection in civil, industrial and naval fields.

However, the Fibran Group has not forgotten its roots, nor lost the sense of its story: Dimitrios Anastasiadis still leads the group from the Thessaloniki headquarters, in a “glocal” perspective: a global business vision, a close connection with the various local realities.
The soul of the company is still a Greek one.
